Who We Are
Strike First Properties is a family-owned company based in North Texas. We renovated our first house in 2005, and were hooked. After we moved to North Texas in 2008, we stepped up to finally make this a full-time venture in 2014.
Pete Tredwell spent nearly 20 years in sports business, highlighted by an 11-year stint working for ESPN in Bristol, Conn. He earned a pair of National Sports Emmy Awards from his time as a TV producer at ESPN.
Pete’s wife, Kathleen Tredwell, is a former school teacher. She was an All-American volleyball player in college and earned spots in two halls of fame. Now a licensed realtor, she inherited her love of real estate from her parents, who were both realtors as well.
In 2019, we added Amber Honeywell to our team. Amber helps us by booking appointments and assists with many other projects.
